Engineering Competitions: SAE Mini Baja

Many, if not all of the professional engineering societies sponsor competitions, often aimed at engineering students, to get engineers into the laboratory or shop to apply classroom knowledge to engineering projects with a tangible product in the end.  In the early 1990s, as a Master of Science student at the George Washington University, Paul, the principal of Blue Specter, led a group of undergraduate engineering students to compete in the SAE Mini-Baja All Terrain Vehicle competition. Below is one image from the 1994 entry.
